Things will not make me happy but the relationships I develop over a lifetime will. I am lucky that I have acquired friendships with many. Any of the things I acquire in life I would give up for many. It is not what I accomplish in life but what I accomplish with others that will be in my mind on my death bed. My relationship with my kids is my fav, but I have been lucky to spend my last 30 years with some great friends here in Houston.

Directory One, Inc, founder Philip O’Hara says Directory One, Inc will grow for the first quarter after Eight Quarters of losing customers. We were a typical company that grew out of control. Now we are lean and mean and ready to handle the growth we will have then next 8 quarters. We almost lost the Office Buidling we acquired in 2007, But the Owner who had the note on the building refinanced for us. It is a stretch for us to buy this building but it is the cornerstone of building a viable long term business for the Shareholders. We have over 7 years of mortgage payment to get the building paid off a and start producing income. We have a tough 7 years ahead but if we keep our head down all will be okay. We still need all of you to tell your friends about Philip and Directory One, Inc. Philip says he is humbled by falling of the website marketing perch in Houston by many of his rivals. Philip now has developed a system of operations to grow his business over the next two years to 5 Million In annual revenues without dropping balls all over the place.
